Esme's POV.

It was a Saturday in forks. Renesmee was running around the house laughing and giggling. Wearing her pink dress Alice got her with matching wings.

Jacob was sat in the living room with Edward and Bella. The rest had gone out shopping.

I was stood at the cooker baking Little Renesmee and Jacob come cookies.I leaned on the side waiting for the last few minutes to pass before I could take them out.

I glanced up at the clock. It was almost time for Carlisle to come home. I smiled to myself.

As I was in a world of my own I looked up to notice Edward had walked in. His hair a mess and his face and neck covered in paint. I struggled
